Welcome Neuro Champions! My name is Nicole, and I am a Life Coach specialising in helping clients with Neurodiversity.

I received a ‘late’ diagnosis (meaning in adulthood) of both Autism and ADHD after my son was also given the dual diagnosis.

Diagnosis has been such an empowering game-changer for me as I no longer see my differences as character defects, but just as symptoms explained by my having been a missed Neurodivergent.

Now I ackowledge and celebrate all the achievements I have accomplished throughout my life, trying to exist in a mostly Neurotypical world.

Equiped with 25 years working as a Registered Nurse, I have taken a deep dive into the challenges we face as well as how to overcome them to live our best life.

This journey has led me to realise that I am not alone, their are countless other Neuro Champions who just need the right guidance and support to overcome roadblocks and live their best life.
